Please be advised of the policies and procedures for this practice

• Masks are optional for all clients and therapists

• Please wait at the chairs by the checkout desk towards the back of the studio upon arrival. We will retrieve you when the room is ready for your appointment. 

• Cancellations must be made 24-hours or more in advance.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late

arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment.

 

Sickness

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your

appointment as soon as you know of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour

the notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
